Bantam Knits Terms and Conditions
All orders include P & P and are shipped via Royal Mail. If you would like to order from outside the UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel islands please email info@bantamknits.co.uk for a delivery quote before ordering.
We aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days. You will receive a dispatch mail to let you know that your order is on its way.
Payment processing is via Paypal. If you already have a paypal account you can use this or you can pay via any debit/ credit card in the paypal guest checkout.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.
Returns Policy
If you would like to cancel your order please email: info@bantamknits.co.uk to inform us and we can arrange a refund. If you have informed us before dispatch there will be no costs incurred by you- if you have already received the goods you can get a refund/ replacement/ exchange by informing us you wish to return them unworn and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us in the first instance.
Vouchers
If you have a voucher offer code from us there is a limit to one voucher per person, per order.
This promotional voucher may only be redeemed on our website.
Please note that a minimum purchase value may apply which would be exclusive of any postage and packaging costs.
Sorry, Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively (applied to an order placed already)
Please take note of any expiry date on the voucher and additional restrictions or minimum purchase value.
Voucher codes for free delivery (standard Royal Mail) only apply to UK mainland.
